There are two very special Christmas Services coming up at ROCK Church. First is, Adore, on December 18th at 9am and 11am. This Christmas service will be a expression of our adoration Christ Jesus through the arts and the Word. There are invitation cards available to you in the lobby. Please invite your friends, co-workers, neighbors…. it’s going to be a great day. And then next — this year Christmas day falls on Sunday. As a part of recognizing that ROCK Church is all about family we have to decided to have a family Christmas Eve (eve) service. So, in place of our traditional Sunday morning service we will come together for one service on Friday, December 23rd at 7pm to worship, have communion and reflect on the Gift of Jesus during this Christmas Season. It will be a shorter service geared towards the entire family, so bring the kids.

Awakening is an annual event in which churches and ministries around the world come together for a 21 day season of prayer, fasting and personal devotion. The series starts Sunday, January 8th & the fast starts Sunday, January 15th. We have lots of resources to help you plan and prepare.

The Christmas season is approaching, a time to celebrate the hope and freedom we have in God’s precious gift of His Son, Jesus. Christmas brings a joy and what better time to come together as a church family to celebrate His love. Location of the celebration is at Terraces of Sir Tyler. This is a semi-formal event

But, I am convinced that everyone who has given their life to Christ will be excited to learn God’s plan for their lives. I believe this will be one of the most powerful, life-changing series you could ever hear. If you make God’s plan your plan, you can’t lose!

Last Sunday, I walked out into the crowd and gave away $100 worth of $20 bills. But, that was probably the smallest thing given away that day. What could be greater than money?

• The truth of God’s Word.
• The revelation of giving as a lifestyle rather than a tool to get more.
